Responsibilities
  • Set up and launch advertising campaigns to promote apps and games
  • Optimize ad campaigns to achieve KPIs and scale traffic growth
  • Analyze the performance of ad campaigns
  • Allocate and monitor budgets according to the company’s goals
  • Develop product promotion strategies
  • Analyze competitors’ UA strategy and methods
  • Come up with ideas and concepts for future advertising creatives

What we expect from you
  • Experience in promoting apps through various traffic sources (Facebook, Snapchat, Google, and other networks)
  • Knowledge and understanding of essential mobile app KPIs and engagement metrics: CPA, ARPPU, LTV, ROMI, CVR, Retention, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to be proactive and focus on results
  • Independence and critical thinking; a high level of self-organization
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
  • English proficiency level: Intermediate and above
